Terms and Conditions of Sale
No contract will commence between you and Ma Mignonnette Ltd. for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Ma Mignonnette Ltd accepts your order by email confirming that it has dispatched your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Ma Mignonnette Ltd. irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Payment
Through Paypal, we accept most major credit and debit cards including; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron. You will be advised by email or telephone if we cannot process your order because authorisation of your payment failed or if there are any items on your order that are out of stock.
Cancellations
If you change your mind about an order you have placed, please email our Customer Services Department at shop@mamignonnette.com within 24 hours of your order including weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. No cancellations can be made after this time.
Delivery and Packaging
Ma Mignonnette Ltd's aim is to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of credit or debit card information - excluding weekends and bank holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock.
UK Deliveries will be dispatched via registered post and will need to be signed for upon receipt.
International Deliveries will be dispatched via registered post and will need to be signed for upon receipt. Please note Ma Mignonnette Ltd. is unable to calculate local customs and sales tax. You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country. They will accurately calculate the total amount of customs and sales tax to be paid before you may receive your goods. Please note there is the possibility of duty charges for all orders delivered outside the EU. Ma Mignonnette Ltd. is not responsible for paying these charges.
Product Information
Ma Mignonnette Ltd. has made every effort to display the products and colours as accurately as possible on our website. We cannot guarantee the colour you see on your monitor will 100% reflect the colour of the goods on delivery. Ma Mignonnette Ltd. takes care to ensure that all details, prices and product description are correct at the time of being entered on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock before your order has been processed, Ma Mignonnette Ltd. will notify you as soon as possible.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered we will offer a refund, exchange or E-Voucher provided you return them in a re-saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, with all labels intact. Please make sure that the briefs are tried on over your own lingerie. We cannot offer exchanges if it is evident this has not been done. E-Vouchers are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Made to Order items cannot be returned as these are made bespoke for each customer. Body jewels (designed tobe stuck on the skin) are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
Returns Period
Please return products in the packaging they arrived in to the address below within 14 days of receipt. Include your name, postal address, email address, contact telephone number, reason for return and whether you would like a refund/ another product/ E-Voucher in exchange.
If you believe your goods are faulty we will inspect them and then contact you by email or phone to discuss an appropriate resolution. If Ma Mignonnette Ltd. agrees that the product is faulty, the new delivery cost will be covered by Ma Mignonnette Ltd., however, if the product is being exchanged for size or for personal choice reasons, the customer will bear the cost. We will contact you within 48 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays for your payment details.
Ma Mignonnette Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. We recommend that you send the goods by registered post. We will contact you once we receive your returns within 48 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays and then process your request for a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
